  1. Cut Catfish with warm water wash catfish and set aside
  2. Wash and blend tomatoes, tatashe, onions, pepper, garlic and ginger but don't over blend the paste
  3. Heat up pot and add vegetable oil, once it's hot add the tomatoes paste and fry; once the paste is fried through add cat fish and a little water, simmer for about 15mins on low heat.
  4. Once you are sure that the catfish is cooked through add salt and knorr cube, gently stir so you can scatter the fish.
  5. Allow it cook for another 5mins on low heat and turn off heat; serve with white rice
