Instructions to make Steamed Tilapia:
  1. add canola oil and water to sauce pan
  2. set to medium high
  3. make sure tilapia is pre seasoned with as much desired old bay, lemon pepper, and seasoned salt.
  4. after water and oil is slightly boiling, add tilapia to pan.
  5. cover and turn down to medium. let cook for about three minutes
  6. uncover. make sure veggies are pre-sliced and onion diced.
  7. add in veggies on top of dish and season the vegetables
  8. cover again and let steam for about 5 minutes.
  9. veggies should come out cooked with slight crisp.
  10. serve with grits rice or mash potatoes
