- Once fish is cooked, lay evenly into a 9x5" baking dish. Drain peas and stir into parsley sauce.
- Once potatoes are ready, add milk and butter, season to taste and mash to desired consistency
- Pour parsley sauce mixture over fish evenly. Top with mashed potato and spread out evenly with base of a fork
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes, sprinkle over cheese and finish under grill until cheese starts to crisp. Serve with veg!
