- Get Semolina(suji) 1 cup,ghee 1tsp,salt as per required,
- Prepare Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp,Red chilli 1tsp, Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- Prepare Turmeric 1/2 spoon,Onion, capsicum,peas ND water 3 cup,
- Get leaves Green chillies, corriander
Instructions to make Rawa Upma:
- Take a pan roast Semolina for 4-5 mins…Chopped oll veggies… Now take ghee in a pan…when ghee was melted add cumin seeds, Ginger garlic paste ND cook them for 2 min.
- Now add oll veggies ND saute them for 5 mins…..Now add roasted Semolina ND oll spices ND mix it well…. Further add water ND combine well..when water was soaked add Corriander leaves on it… Healthy Upma is ready to serve.
