  1. Place a thick base kadai Pour some oil when gets heated add mustard,urad dal,curryleaves,cashews
  2. Next saute onion for 5 mins then add ginger,green chilli and saulte for 5 mins
  3. Add 2 cups of water and 1 pinch hing,salt
  4. When the water boils add 1 cup dry roasted rava slowly into the water when the water gets absorbed add some coriander leaves and off the stove and close it with a lid for 5 to 10 minutes
  5. Now it's ready to eat with coconut chutney and sambar.can eat it with sugar also
