  1. Take 2 cup sooji
  2. Prepare 5 cup hot water
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp oil

  6. Get 1 tbsp cardamon, cinnamon, cloves powder
  7. Prepare 1 chopped green chili
  8. Get 1 inch ginger shredded

  10. Prepare 1 tsp urad daal
  11. Prepare 1 bay leaf
  12. Take 1 tsp Mustard seed
  13. Take 2 tsp lemon juice
  14. Make ready 1 tsp sugar
  15. Get as per your taste Salt
  16. Prepare As required Some fresh coriander leaves
Instructions to make Sooji Upma:
  1. Firstly heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil when oil getting hot add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds are crackle than add curry leaves, green chili and ginger,cinnamon, cloves, cardomon powder,bay leaf,urad daal, and add chopped onion
  2. When onion became soft add tomato and Cook it for a minute
  3. Now add sooji and roast it till it's turned to golden brown
  4. Now add hot water gradually as per sooji's quantity and add salt sugar and lemon juice
  5. Lastly add the fresh coriander and serve the healthy and tasty breakfast 🔥🔥🔥❤️
