Instructions to make Leftover upma tikki rava tikki:
- First make upma.. in a pan heat oil add curry leaves, cumin and mustard seeds and aesofetidea and let it crackle add chopped onion, carrots and capsicum and let it cook… add half inch crushed ginger add chopped Tomatoes and cook.. now add rava,salt,sugar and mix and add water and cook till rava absorbs all water.. last add 1 tspn ghee and mix and keep aside
- In a bowl add mashed potatoes and cooked rava and soya sauce and salt according to need and mix well… and make tikkis..
- Heat a non-stick pan and roast all tikki by adding oil..
- Serve hot with ketchup
