Steps to make Minty Upma:
  1. Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, chillies,jeera, peppercorns to paste.
  2. Heat oil in kadai add chana dal,urad dal,rai, curry leaves,saute for a while and then add chopped potatoes and mix it well and cook till soft.
  3. Then add 2sp of mint paste,peas cook for a while.
  4. Add water and salt, remaining pudina paste let it boil then add rava and mix it well add lemon juice cover it and cook for a while then turn off the gas.
  5. Now take into serving bowl and serve top with coriander leaves and coconut grated.
