- After a minute add the chopped onions and green chillies. Saute till Onions turn golden.
- Now add the vegetables and mix. Add the salt, turmeric and Red chilli powder if using mix well.
- Add the roasted and washed Dalia and mix well. Add one and half cups of water and cook for 2-3 whistles.
- Open the cooker only when pressure drops by itself. Fluff up the Dalia using a fork.
- Now add the peanuts and green coriander. Mix using a fork lightly. Serve hot, yummy Dalia upma.
