- To that add finely chopped onion and tomato,once they are saute add the chopped carrots and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add 5 cups water, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and required salt as per your taste.
- Once the water boils,lower the flame and add the roasted rava to it and mix it continuosly to avoid lump formation.
- Close with the lid and cook for 7-10 minutes in low flame.
- Once cooked add 2 tbsp of ghee and grated coconut give it a mix.
- Yummy and tasty rava upma is good to go with chutney of your choice.
