- Firstly in a pan, heat 2 tsp of ghee, than add vermicelli and roast it until light brown, then take it out on a plate and keep it aside.
- Now heat remaining ghee in same pan, then add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle, after that add chopped green chilies and curry leaves, fry for few seconds on - medium flam.
- Now add chopped potato and salt, fry until it soft, then add chopped capsicum and chopped tomato and sauté it on high flam for a minute.
- Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder, mix it well and sauté for a minute, then add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
- When water is boil well, then add lemon juice and roasted vermicelli, and mix it well, now cover it and cook it on low flam.
- Once vermicelli absorb water, then switch off the gas and leave it for few minutes, then fluff it up using a spoon.
