- Make ready 1 medium boiled potato, chopped

- Make ready 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- Take 1/3 tsp ponch phutan

- Prepare 3 tbsp aloo bhujia to garnish
- Prepare 2 tbsp cooking oil

- Clean and soak the chivda in adequate water. Drain the water and mix the turmeric powder and pav-bhaji masala to be coated with the soaked and dried chivda.
- Heat the cooking oil. Add panch phutan and allow to crackle. Add curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions and saute till rawness is gone. Now add chopped tomatoes, ginger and chilli. Saute till tomatoes are softened.
- Add chopped boiled potatoes,mix and coat with the masala in the kadhai. Saute for a minute in medium flame.
- Add the chivda with the masala in the kadhai and cook in light hand. Mix well with masala and cook for 2 minutes. - - Serve the poha upma, garnishing with sev. - Thanks
