- Make ready 1 chopped onion

- Take 10-12 cashews

Instructions to make Vegetables Upma:
- Heat a pan add rava and roast well. Don't brown the rava. Once the rava fragrant switch off flame add roasted rava in a plate.
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp ghee or oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds saute along with urad, chana dal cashews, almond saute for a minute.
- Now add chopped onion fry till translucent. Add chopped tomato, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves stir for a minute.
- Then add 2.5 cup water to this mixture add salt stir well on a medium to high flame.
- Then add roasted rava stir immediately.
- Rava absorb water and cooked.
- Then switch off flame. Serve hot upma slice of lemon, pomegranate.
