- सबसे पहले एक पैन लेंगे उसके बाद उसमें सूजी डाल कर धीमी ऑच पर 2 मिनट के लिए भून कर प्लेट में निकाल लेंगे। उसके बाद उसमें 2 चम्मच तेल डालकर मूँग फली का दाना डालकर 30 सेकंड तल ले।फिर उसमे काजू डालकर उसे भी तल ले और प्लेट मे निकाल ले।अब उसमे कटा अदरक डाले और हरी मिची डाले।फिर इक इक करके उसमे प्याज और सारी सब्जियों को डालकर 2 मिनट पका ले ।
- उसके बाद उसमे 250 गाम्र पानी डाल उसमे नमक डाले और उसमे एक उबाल आने दे।फिर उसमे थोड़ा थोड़ा करके सूजी डाल कर 1 मिनट पका ले और उसमे मूँग फली,काजू,नीबू और हरी धनिया डाल कर खाने को दे।
