- Take 1 cup Sooji (Rava)
- Make ready 1/2 cup curds

- Prepare Few curry leaves
- Take 1-2 Slit green chillies
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Rai

Instructions to make Sooji Khaman Upma:
- In a bowl take Sooji and add curds turmeric and water and mix well. Keep for 10 -15 minutes.
- Add salt, eno and mix well.
- Grease a box, pour the batter and steam well till it's done might take 20 minutes.
- Once done, keep for 10-15 minutes to cool and them crumple it with hands.
- Slice onions, slit chillies and keep ready along with curry leaves. Add oil in a kadai, heat add rai and the onions chillies and stir. Add very little salt just for the onions.
- Once the onions are translucent add the sooji mixture and on low flame keep mixing well. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
