- Parboil your rice in a pot, chop all your ingredients, I.e… green pepper, onions,fresh pepper, fresh tomatoes and garlic. Wash your dry fish with hot water,and shred into tiny pieces.
- Now wash your beef meat, put in a pot season with curry and thyme,salt,maggi cubes,all purpose seasoning, pepper and onions, steam for 20mins and cut into small pieces and then fry in a hot vegetable oil for 5-6 mins, remove and set aside.
- In a separate pot,add vegetable oil, while hot add in your chopped garlic,and onions, allow too simmer, add in your chopped fresh tomatoes, and fresh pepper at these point do not stir allow the water from the tomatoes too dry for about 6-7mins and then stir add your chopped carrots, allow too simmer add in your fried beef,crayfish, a pinch of salt and maggi cube to taste stir for 5mins add your chopped green pepper ANd washed vegetable and stir for 3mins on low heat remove from fire and serve.
