- Add curry leaves, onions green chilli and stir till onions turn pink.. - Add grated carrots and saute for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Add chopped tomato,chilli powder and salt. - - Cook for about 2 minutes until tomato is mushy and cooked
- Add boiled vermicelli; mix well. - Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and turn off heat.
