- Take 1 tsp lemon juice

- Make ready 2 tbsp cheese grated
- Get 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Instructions to make Khaman Waffle:
- In a large bowl sieve besan and rava. Add ginger paste, green chilli, haldi, sugar, hing and oil and lemon juice.
- Prepare a smooth batter adding necessary water.
- Just before making the waffles add the fruit salt and mix gently.
- You can alternatively use a pinch of baking soda.
- Preheat a waffle iron machine according to it's manual.
- Apply little oil on waffle plate. Immediately pour batter into the waffle plates and spread evenly.
- Put some oil over the batter and close the lid.
- Let the waffles for atleast 5-7 minutes until nicely golden.
- Remove it from the waffle maker.
- Tempering :- heat oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and pinch of hing also.
- Add green chilli, few curry leaves and allow to splutter. Further add 2 tsp water and sugar and salt and mix well and boil the water well.
- Add lemon juice and mix well. Pour the tempering over waffle.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and grated cheese.
- Serve with garlic, red chilli chutney and green chutney.
