  4. Now lower the flame and cover the vessel with lid and cook it on low flame for another 10 min
  5. Open up The lid and add salt(as per taste) put the flame high and cook it uncovered till all water is reduced and till it come to dry consistency
  6. Put off the flame and garnish it with finely chopped coriander
  7. Tisrya sukhe goes well as a side dish with fish curry rice or can also be served with chapati or bread
