- Fry anchovies place Set aside
- Fry yellow chopped onion Set aside
- Reduce oil and add in the blended ingredients. Stir and cook for 15 minutes until the oil parts.
- Allow the gravy to boil a few times add in tamarind and sugar.
- Add in the yellow fried onion, cherry tomato cook a few minutes.
- Add anchovies until mix well. Check for salt.(use less salt)
- Dish out and ready to be served with Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice)
- Tips : in this paste you can replace anchovies with fried egg,fried tofu, fried fish,cockerel meat,squid and chicken.
