  1. Add besan, haldi, salt.
  2. Red chilli,jeera,ajwain.
  3. Add hing, coriander,dhaniya powder.
  4. Oil and mix well and make semi-soft dough.
  5. Make gatte.
  6. Heat a pan and boil 2 cups water and add gatte
  7. Cook for 10 to 12 mins on medium flame and after 12 mins remove the gatte with water.
  8. Take a curd and add red chilli,dhaniya haldi and garam masala.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Onion and green chilli paste.
  11. Heat a pan and add oil.garam massle and jeera.
  12. Add onion paste and mix well and add ginger garlic paste.
  13. Mix well and add salt and fry for 3 to 4 mins on low flame.
  14. Add kasuri meethi and mix well and add masala curd and mix.
  15. Add ½ cup water and mix well and cover and cook for 10 min on low for flame.
  16. Cut the gatte and use remaining water in gravy.
  17. After 10 min mix well and add gatte.
  18. Cover and cook 3 to 4 mins.
  19. Add water and again cover cook 2 to 3 mins.
  20. Add coriander leaves and serve.
