- Add besan, haldi, salt.
- Red chilli,jeera,ajwain.
- Add hing, coriander,dhaniya powder.
- Oil and mix well and make semi-soft dough.
- Make gatte.
- Heat a pan and boil 2 cups water and add gatte
- Cook for 10 to 12 mins on medium flame and after 12 mins remove the gatte with water.
- Take a curd and add red chilli,dhaniya haldi and garam masala.
- Mix well.
- Onion and green chilli paste.
- Heat a pan and add oil.garam massle and jeera.
- Add onion paste and mix well and add ginger garlic paste.
- Mix well and add salt and fry for 3 to 4 mins on low flame.
- Add kasuri meethi and mix well and add masala curd and mix.
- Add ½ cup water and mix well and cover and cook for 10 min on low for flame.
- Cut the gatte and use remaining water in gravy.
- After 10 min mix well and add gatte.
- Cover and cook 3 to 4 mins.
- Add water and again cover cook 2 to 3 mins.
- Add coriander leaves and serve.
