- Add salt, sugar and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the veggies and mix well.
- Add boiled noodles and cherry tomatoes.Mix well.
- Add grated cheese, chilli flakes and oregano.
- Stir nicely and remove from heat.
- Transfer to serving dishes, add some olives and serve immediately.
