  1. Wash & soak the rice 20 mints. Boil the milk.put soak rice mix it well &bcooked till the rice becomes soften. Add sugar cardamom powder & 2tbsp chopped almond, mix it well & cooked 10 minutes.
  2. Now add khoya, mix it well & cooked till kheer becomes thicken. Turn off the flame. Cool the kheer garnish with chopped almond serve it.
