  1. Qeema main ginge garlic paste 1tbsp onions paste 3,4 tbsp green chillies paste 1tbsp fresh coriander garammasala powder 1tsp coriander powder 1tsp salt to taste red chilli powder 1tsp turmic half tsp mix kar ke barek pes lain and kofty bana lain
  2. Aik pan main oil dalain onion ka paste dal kar slow heat par cook karain jab pani dry ho jain ginger garlic paste 1tbsp dal kar fry karain phr is main tomatoes ka paste (Tomatoes ko boil kar lain phr chilka utar kar grinde kar lain) dal kar fry karain
  3. Ab is main red chilli powder 1tsp turmic half tsp green chillies paste dal kar msala bhonain phr is main coriander powder and garammasala powder dal kar bhonain and phr yogurt dal kar msala bhonain
  4. Ab potatoes ko cut kar ke dal dain and bhonain phr thodha pani add kar ke cook karain phr and kofty add kar ke steam par cook kar lain slow heat par dm dy kar
  5. Ab to khash khash ko pes lain and black bhony chany b ab thodha sa pani dal kar paste bana lain and is paste ko kofty ke uper dal dain and pkny dain 5 min tak
  6. Fresh coriander dal kar serve karain
