  2. Make ready 2 tbsp cooking oil

  1. Cooking the beans - Heat 2 - 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok or deep sauce pan. Add garlic, onion, ginger and bird eye chillies. Sauté for few seconds and immediately add turmeric and KEEN'S Curry Powder. Sauté until aromatic then stir in beans. Cook on medium heat.
  2. Add 1-2 tbsp of water just to slightly wet the dish. Season beans with chicken seasoning powder. Taste and adjust accordingly, then cook to preferred doneness. Some like them slightly crisp, others may prefer their beans softer. Serve warm.
