- Turn down the heat, keep stir-fry string beans until start to shrivel or "pucker" (about 5 minutes). remove string beans from wok.
- Add minced pork, stir-fry until turn white. add dried shrimp, ginger and garlic. stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp chili bean sauce and 1 tsp sugar. keep stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add string beans, stir-fry for 30 seconds. then it's done!
