- Add the chopped vegetables to the batter and mix thoroughly.
- Lightly grease muffin tin with cooking oil.Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture into muffin tin.
- Preheat oven to 400F. after preheating keep the muffin tin into the oven and cook for 10 minutes then flip and cook for 10 minutes on the other side untill golden. frequently watch so they don't burn. Pakore is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
