- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the baking tray.
- Top with bbq chicken mixture, tomato, capsicums and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melt. Ready to serve.
