  1. सबसे पहले बेसन दही अौर पानी का एक पेस्ट तैयार करेगे अच्ची तरह फेटेगें।
  2. गैस पर एक कडाही रखेगे उसमे यह बेसन का घोल डाळकर गोल कलछुल से लगातार चलायेगें गैस को सिम रखेगें।जब कडाही से बेसन छुटने ळग जाये तब उसे उतार लेगे।
  3. अब थाली या प्लेटफॉम् के ऊपर पतला फैलायेगें। ठंडा होने पर उसकी चौडी पट्टी काटेगे।
  4. अब हर एक पट्टी पर पनीर का पतला पीस रखेगे आौर उसके ऊप़र कटी हुई सब्जी रखेगे और चाकू की सहायता से उसे मोडेगें।
  5. अब एक बरतन मे उसे रखकर उसके ऊपर चीज और पनीर घिसकर सॉस डालकर 10 मि. के लिए कनबेक्शन मोड पर बेक करेगें।
