  5. When done, cover and set aside for 15minutes. Take each and roll out to the desired shape according to the size of your pan
  6. Cook each side until it is golden brown. Repeat for all the chapatis. Make sure to put in a hot keeping dish.
  7. Serve with your favorite stew. Enjoy!

I like it with Rice-rasam combo. Carrot is one of the vegetable which is not at all used in Sri Krishna Math Udupi. The same custom is till followed in. Carrot Chutney is very simple, easy to make and very healthy. It is prepared with grated carrots.
