- Prepare 1 big carrot chopped

- Wash and soak rice for half an hour than transfer into pressure cooker with 3 cups of water and salt. Put it on flame and cook it for 3 whistles on medium flame. Keep it aside and let them cool down.
- Meanwhile in a pan pour 1 cup water and let it boil with some salt. Than add chopped carrot and peas in it and boil them till they become soft. When cooked drain out the water.
- Now heat ghee in a frying pan. Saute the cashew till golden. Take them out and keep aside.
- In a same pan add oil with ghee put cumin seeds and let them crackle. Than add cooked Carrot and peas with some salt and black pepper
- Cook it for 3-5 mins than add cooked rice and mix it well with spectula. At the end add cashew and again mix it. And it's done. Serve hot and enjoy…
