  1. Take a bowl and mix rice flour, wheat flour,sugar,salt,grated carrot and baking soda in it.
  2. Now make a flowing consistency batter with the help of water.
  3. Grease ur dosa tawa by applying butter/ oil and sprinkle water on it and clean it with a kitchen towel or tissue.
  4. Now dosa tawa is ready take a ladle full batter and from center of tawa try to circulate your hands in outward direction and spread the batter.
  5. Leave it on tawa for 2 mins and then apply butter on the top of dosa and fold it from bothsides. Now crispy instant dosa is ready. Serve it hot with chutney,sauce and sambhar as per ur desire an taste.
