- Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl and make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water slowly and stirring simultaneously. Add all the dry masale and mix. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum and kasuri methi and mix.
- Add oats in the batter and mix. Mix kasuri methi and mix well.
- Cut bread slices in small triangular shape.
- Heat oil in a wok. Dip bread triangle in oats mixture and cover it from all sides and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
