The ingredients needed to make Crispy Chickpea:
  1. Get 1 cup Chickpea soaked overnight
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup Oil
  3. Make ready as per taste Chat masala
  4. Prepare as per taste Black salt/ white salt
Instructions to make Crispy Chickpea:
  1. Pat dry the soaked chickpeas.
  2. Pour half cup oil in a wide bottom pressure cooker. Spread chickpeas evenly in a single layer. Close the lid with whistle on.
  3. Keep it on gas oven on high flame or on induction cooktop on high. For Five to six minutes, don't count whistles. Stop heat and immeditely release pressure. If you get burnt smell stop heat and immeditely release pressure.
  4. Remove fried chickpeas and sprinkle chat masala,salt etc. Enjoy.
  5. Tips: No need to heat oil before putting chickpeas. Spread chickpeas in single layer only. If needed cook in two or three batch. Very less oil consumption.
