- You can use same soaked water or add more water if required and cook chana for about 6 to 7 whistles in a pressure cooker until it becomes soft when you mush it.
- On the other hand start chopping onion, tomatoes and corrainder leaves.
- Take boiled chana, remove any excess water. Add chana, tomatoes, onions into a bowl. Add pinch of salt, black pepper powder, sqeeze half a bit of lemon and mix the ingredients well before serving. Sprinkle corrainder leaves on top.
