  1. Soak chickpeas overnight. Pressure cook up to 4 whistles with 2 cups water, a pinch of salt and 1/4th tsp baking soda. Cube potatoes and boil.Strain water and coarsely mash.Heat oil and sprinkle cumin seeds. When they splutter, add chopped onion and fry till transparent. Add chopped tomato and pinch of salt and fry. Add chopped capsicum, green peas, chickpeas, ginger garlic paste and toss.
  2. Add salt, pinch of sugar, chopped green chillies, roasted cumin powder,red chilli powder to the mashed potato and mix it. Add this to the chickpeas and toss. Add garam masala and chopped coriander. Filling for the wrap is done.
  3. Knead wheat flour and maida with little salt,2 tsp oil,2 tbsp milk and 1/4 th cup water approximately. Divide into 6 to 7 equal balls and roll out.
  4. Roll into thin 7 inch round discs. Dry roast these soft Rotis.Smear butter in pan and toss both sides of wrap. Place 2 tbsp filling in the center. Add green chutney over it and 1 tsp chopped onion.Roll the wrap and secure it at the bottom with parchment paper. Serve with salad and green chutney.For green chutney grind coriander,curd,1tsp peanuts,1 green chilli.Add pinch of salt and sugar,chaat masala, dry roasted cumin powder and mix.
