- Peel the cucumber skin, take off the seeds and cut it into small pieces. - - 2. Grind all the ingredients under "to grind". Keep this aside. - - 3. Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds. Once it crackle add curry leaves, onion. Saute for a minute. Now add tomato. Saute till tomato mushy.

- Add chopped cucumber and salt. Sprinkle some water and cook for 2 minutes. - - 5. Add the ground paste now with little water and boil this. - - 6. When the gravy thickens switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves. - - 7. This goes very well with rice.
I kept this gravy little tangy and went. Raw mango Mor Kuzhambu, a delicious yogurt curry enriched with sour mangoes and cool cucumbers. This mor curry is usually served with hot steaming rice. This recipe is from my handwritten recipe note, which I learned it from mum during my maternity leave. My mum makes this curry along with a spicy thick fish kuzhambu without coconut and it tastes so.
