- Make ready 1 cucumber
- Get 1 small onion chopped
- Make ready 11/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp besan/gram flour
- Take 1/2 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
- Prepare 1/2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
- Make ready 1/2 tsp saunf/ fennel seeds
- Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar
- Prepare 1/2 tsp kalonji/ onion seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp ajjwain/ carrom seeds
- Make ready To taste salt
- Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Get Pinch hing/ asafoetida
- Take 1 cup wheat flour
- Prepare 4 tsp lukewarm oil
- Take As needed Oil for deep frying
Kachori should be fried on low heat so it can cook through to have a nice crunch. - Add 2 tsp besan and bhuno fr 2 mins and then add sugar and all spices.
- Remove this mixture from pan and put this mixture in grated ccucumber with salt and fresh coriander.
- Knead a dough with cucumber juice,salt,ajjwain,oil,kalonji and 3tsp oil. Make small portions of it.
- Flatten these balls and Fill this mixture and seal the edges.
- Flatten again with hand and deep fry.
- Serve hot!
