  1. Soak moong dal overnight and next day separate the outer shells of moong dal precautiously.
  2. Then make a paste of daal and ginger in a grinder(just add few drops of water so that mixture couldn't get watery)
  3. Then add onions,spinach, Gram Flour into the ground mixture of daal along with all above mentioned set of spices and mixed it well๐Ÿ‘‡
  4. Heat up the oil in a pan and put small balls of the prepared mixture into it until it gets golden brown colour and here we are ready with our delicious Lentil-spinach fritters..serve it with either tomato sauce/coriander chutney as per your choice.
