- Wash the okras for 2-3 times. Once washed, dry them and sliced them.

- Add fresh okra in to the masala and finely diced panner. Cook till the okra and panner become soft and oil starts to separate from the masala. Cook it on low heat.
- Serve them in the serving dish and enjoy with fresh Chapatis.
