  1. Get 750 g Bhindi
  2. Get half kg Onion
  3. Take 3 Tomato medium
  4. Get 2-3 Green chili
  5. Prepare 1 cup Oil

  7. Get 1 tea spoon Red chili powder
  8. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon Haldi
Steps to make Bhindi Pyaz:
  1. Fry the bhindi in one cup oil. Fry it in portions.
  2. When it done fry onion in the same leftover oil. When onion changes it's color or shrink add chopped tomatoes and green chili and all the spices mix well that tomato become soft.and cover it for 5 min dum.
  3. Than add bhindi in it and mix well and cover it for 7 to 8 min. Bhindi is ready. Serve it with garam garam chapati lol
