  1. Wash the ladyfingers (bhindi)
  2. Make it to dry Wipe with kitchen napkin
  3. Cut the both ends of bhindi& slite it put aside
  4. Now mix all dry masalas well
  5. In a pan heat some oil and make bhindis deep fry (don't put all at once)
  6. After frying all lady fingers put in plate
  7. Now again heat 2 spoon oil in pan add lady fingers & all dry masalas mix well
  8. Your crispy bhindy ready to eat
  9. Serve with chapati and moong daal
