- Prepare 250 gm bhindi
- Get 2 tbsp oil
- Prepare 1/4 haldi
- Take 1/2 jeera
- Get 1/2 dhaniya powder
- Take 1/2 lal masala
- Make ready 1/2 garam masala
- Get 1/4 cup roasted peanut powder
- Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make Stuffed bhindi / Lady Finger:
- Wash the bhendi and with clean cloth wipe it. Cut bhindi in two parts if bhendi is big then cut in 3 parts. Give a cut in middle of it.
- In a vessel take peanut powder, haldi, dhaniya powder, lal masala, garam masala, salt and mixed in properly. Our stuffing is ready.
- Put the stuffing in between the bhendi. Same way do for all and keep aside.
- In a pan put oil. Once oil heat add jeera and stuffed bhindi. If some stuffing is left with that too it in.
- Stir in between till bhindi is cooked. Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
