- Prepare 150 g smoked bacon
- Take 1 onion
- Prepare 3 cloves garlic

Preheat large dutch oven on low heat, swirl a bit of avocado oil to coat and add onion and garlic. It helps enhance the flavor and makes the dish more visually appealing. These were the reasons why snap peas and red bell peppers were added. I enjoy eating it with a glass of lemonade.
Steps to make Chicken stew with peas:
- Fry the bacon in its own fat, then add the finely chopped onion and the crushed.
- Chop the peppers & tomatoes into smaller cubes, and simply add to the bacon-garlic-onion. Pour as much water as almost cover everything.
- As soon as the pepper & tomato cooked add some more water and the thin sliced chicken breast. Season with salt & pepper and cook till the meat is tender.
- Add the peas and whisk 100ml water with a spoonful of flour and pour into the stew and cook further roughly 15-20 minutes.
