- Dip each roll in the cornflour mixture and roll in the papad till they are evenly coated from all the sides.
- Heat the oil a deep kadhai,and deep fry,till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.drain on absorbent paper
- Serve with chutney.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all papad rolls until they turn golden brown. Stuff the mix in papad and roll them. To roll out the Papad take any thick transparent polythene sheet. Place the sheet on a rolling board in a way that half of Roll the potato ball into thin flat disc as we do while making chapatis.
