- Pour the meat stock to the fried pepper then top up with water enough to cook the rice, then allow to boil, at this point add the parbkuked rice, taste and adjust the seasoing with salt and stock cube then cover the pot and start to cook, half way cooking add the crayfish and allow to cook till done and almost dry
- Chop the scent leaves then add to the pot, allow to dry then stir and bring down
