  1. Take a pan add 2 spoonS oil for upma.
  2. Add mustard seeds and jeera. Allow it to crackle.
  3. Add urad daal and chana daal and mungfalli daana.
  4. Roast it well.
  5. Add curry leaves.
  6. Than add chopped veg and green chilli chopped.
  7. Add suji and roast it too till it gets bit brown
  8. Add water and lemon juice.
  9. Cook till it gets thick
  10. Upma is ready.
  11. For dahi chutney: mix dahi and water add salt and red chilli powder
  12. Take small pan for tadka and add oil and mustard seeds and curry leaves then add it to dahi make it as thick or liquid consistency as you want.
